Pre-recorded electronic media featuring animated shows, live action shows and feature films; computer application software for mobile devices, namely, computer game software for entertainment systems, gaming systems, personal computers, computer tablets, and smartphones; prerecorded audio video discs; computer games recorded on CD-ROM; computer programs, namely, software used for linking digitized video and audio media to a global computer information network; computer game equipment, namely, discs sold as a unit for playing a parlor-type computer game; video and computer game programs; computer programs and software for video games and electronic books; computer programs recorded on data storage media for video games and electronic books; optical discs. Toys, namely action figures, balls of light, any figurine that is a representation of a character or vehicle in the books, replica artifacts. Applicant has revised the goods and services in accordance, as much as possible, with the classes of goods and services as suggested by the Examining Attorney. Applicant kindly thanks the Examining Attorney for the suggested classes of goods and services. Further, Applicant has revised the goods and services to not include performances by musical artists and media featuring music and musical performances.
