A leadership program whose class members are business/professional people who hold leadership positions within their companies or organizations and have demonstrated a concern for community issues, namely, an intensive nine-month course in which class members are introduced to major facets of the Greater Tampa community that includes educational sessions, briefings, tours, seminars, community outreach, and candid conversations with community leaders on topics such as law enforcement, education, social services, the environment, economic development and the arts
