educational and training services, namely, offering one-on-one training in the following fields-- [ medicine, ] medical treatment options, alternative medical treatment options, locating medical and/or custodial care for people with cancer and other serious illnesses, opportunities for counseling people with cancer and other serious illnesses and their families, social services available to people with cancer and other serious illnesses and their families, and locating information regarding available treatment, drug trials, locating grants for pain medication, counseling, and other issues relevant to people with cancer and other serious illnesses and their families; and distribution of written materials in connection with the foregoing
