Advisory and consulting services in the field of antenna and cell tower construction and installation projects, namely, providing assistance with obtaining necessary real estate entitlements, in the nature of government and regulatory permits, licenses and approvals; advisory and consulting services in the field of antenna and cell tower construction and installation projects, namely, providing assistance with legal services related to landlord notice and landlord consent requisition services, amendments for cell site lease agreements, easement agreements, obtaining designs, studies and other work required by or from customers, landlords, homeowner associations, community associations, federal, state, county or municipal governmental bodies such as city councils, planning and zoning departments and other agencies required to lawfully provide for the installation of antennas and other cell tower materials and to perform other modifications to the antenna/cell site
