Educational Services, namely, conducting programs in the field of HIV and AIDS-related knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors as they affect Latino New Yorkers; Educational Services in the nature of organizing and sponsoring a Latino Legislative Advocacy Day to educate state legislators about the impact of HIV/AIDS within Latino communities and to increase funding and promote progressive AIDS policies; Educational Services in the nature of staff development seminars where individuals share information and strategies on HIV prevention and education for others
