LANDING LASSO

A device to facilitate landing and tying up of boats in docking areas. The device allows the boater to reach out with a boat pole and place a loop securely around a cleat or dock pole, then pull on the rope that is tied to the loop thereby pulling the boat next to the dock where permanent tying up of the boat can be performed. The loop and its rope are retrieved from the dock pole or cleat for future use
