The products consist of hot sauces of various types of chili peppers, as well as non-hot sauces, chili pepper pastes, adobos, barbecue sauces and seasonings, marinades, sauce bases, roux, and dressings from a variety of ingredients. The products shall also include formulae and mixtures of ingredients to serve as base of the foregoing such as, without limitation, tomatoes, onions, chilies, garlic, spices, coriander, parsley, and other types or forms of condiments.
