Clothing, namely, hats, shirts, jackets, sweaters, and pants; all of the aforementioned excluding golf-related apparel

Food products, namely, chocolate confections and candy; none of the foregoing containing any ingredient with a THC concentration of more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis; any CBD in the products not exceeding 50 parts per million and being derived solely from industrial hemp with a THC concentration of less than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis

Agricultural product processing for others, namely, processing industrial hemp; processing of products in the nature of non-medicated cosmetic lotions, oils, balms, creams, and gels; none of the foregoing being processed from hemp with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol being THC with a concentration of more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis; none of the foregoing being hemp-derived CBD processing for the inclusion in any medicinal, therapeutic, pharmaceutical, food or beverage goods for humans or animals
