Printed materials, namely books, pamphlets, magazines, and instruction manuals in the field of education grants; scholarships; funding for educational activities; training services, seminars, and research activities in the area of education funding and availability of education funds; advocacy activities in the area of education funding or availability; results of research activities in the area of education funding or availability; and charitable services information on educational grants and education scholarships

Charitable services, namely providing grants and funding to educational institutions for educational activities and services in the nature of scholarships, seminars, research services in the area of education; providing grants and funding for advocacy services on behalf of educational institutions and advocacy services by others in the area of education; providing grants and funding for research activities by others in the area of education; and providing grants and funding for conducting training seminars by others in the field of education, and research on education topics

Educational research services; publication of books, pamphlets, and magazines featuring results of scholarly research; providing lectures, seminars, and training sessions in the field of -- grants and funding for educational activities, scholarships, and educational research

Advocacy services, namely promoting public awareness of the need for education funding and scholarships for students, and scholarships and funding for various public and private programs that support systemic education reform; promoting public awareness of the need for greater access to higher education for students, particularly for those students who have been historically underrepresented in higher education attendance and attainment; and promoting public awareness in the fields of school facilities funding, planning and design, education needs of children in substitute care, early childhood education, and the education and training needs of low wage workers
