Agricultural product processing for others, namely, processing industrial hemp; processing of products in the nature of non-medicated cosmetic lotions, creams, balms, oils, and gels; none of the foregoing being processed from hemp with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol THC concentration of more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis; none of the foregoing being hemp-derived CBD processing for inclusion in any medicated or ingestible goods
