Educational services, namely, training in the field of emergency services and preparedness; developing and conducting educational presentations, educational demonstrations, training drills, seminars and training exercises, all in fire safety precautions, responses, techniques, procedures; providing training in the installation, utilization and maintenance of fire safety equipment; and preparation and distribution of training materials in connection therewith
