Personal and social work services rendered by others to meet the needs of individuals namely, foster care services, fostering of mothers and babies and fostering of children; personal and social work services rendered by others to meet the needs of individuals, namely, foster care services for placing of children and young people; health, safety and welfare assessment and inspection services on foster caregivers and family homes; information, consultancy and advisory services relating to all of the foster care services
