Educational and Entertainment Services, namely conducting business and continuing education seminars and workshops for individuals and small groups in public and private venues and via the Internet; to teach participants how to promote ethical standards, improve staff motivation and effectiveness, increase productivity, improve and maintain quality, and promote the sale of improved products or services; and distributing course materials in connection therewith, namely, books, study guides, workbooks, and miscellaneous training manuals and audio/visual materials; all for the purpose of developing and improving the vocational life of the participants and for helping participants keep their promises to their customers
