Charitable services in the nature of providing social programs to enrich the lives of underprivileged youth, namely, granting funds for the building and refurbishing of basketball courts and recreational facilities, and granting funds to organizations providing holistic support services for families and youth facing homelessness

Charitable services, namely, providing educational programs to help high school students gain acceptance to and graduate from four-year colleges; charitable services in the nature of encouraging amateur sports by organizing athletic programs and activities in the nature of travel-team basketball; all of the foregoing for the purpose to enrich the lives of underprivileged youth
