JUDITECTURE

JUDITECTURE is an integrated justice service delivery solution designed to respond to citizens justice needs from a results-oriented approach. JUDITECTURE articulates three integrated dimensions of justice service delivery in the court and in the cloud in a strategically streamlined, user-centric and environmental-friendly manner. These three dimensions consist of (i) judicial organization and management; (ii) technological capabilities and innovation opportunities; (iii) and architecture requirements for space and normative standards. Within that framework, JUDITECTURE applies a citizen and businesses-centric vision of justice to enhance efficiency, performance and quality while increasing access to justice for all. To that end, JUDITECTURE comprehensive and integrated framework allows to systematically identify binding constraints and gaps, and target solutions to initiate an institutional and organizational reform that meets fundamental international justice standards (e.g. International Framework for Court Excellence, and Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ)) in accordance with due process, open trials and fair procedures requirements. Together, this integrated framework builds the ground for synergistic working conditions, collaboration and partnership across key stakeholders. It conceptualizes higher Court Organization Standards for catalytic and modern physical and digital courthouses that reflect the vision of streamlined justice service delivery, taking into account citizen-engagement, public information and accountablity, public safety, and security considerations
