Providing an online, non-downloadable, Internet-based software application connecting life science researchers to human research subjects for the operation and management of research studies, namely: the recruitment and enrollment of research subjects; the ingestion, storing, and management of health data; the searching of health data to finding matching research subjects; the ordering, procurement, tracking, shipping and management of biospecimens, health data, and other patient-generated data; the management of study-related compliance and contracts; and the management of study-related financial transactions.
