Consulting, management, and advisory services to state and local governments in the fields of federal grants, federal reimbursement contracts, federal subsidies, and other federal programs, namely, monitoring, compiling, processing, and analyzing of data, statistics, and other sources of information for use in coordinating the procurement of, and determining eligibility with respect to, reimbursements, grants, programs, subsidies, and contracts from the federal government; regulatory submission management, namely, assisting state and local governments in preparing, organizing, presenting, and submitting applications and supporting documentation for procurement of, and/or participation in, federal grants, subsidies, and federal reimbursement contracts and programs; consulting and advisory services in connection with federal audits, namely, review and analysis of a client's eligibility and participation in federal programs, federal subsidies, federal grants, and federal reimbursement contracts and programs, as well as the preparation, organization, and presentation of documents and data requested by the government body, and advising on government audit processes and policies; and consulting, advisory, and management services to state and local political entities in connection with federal funding, reimbursement, and revenue maximization, namely, assisting state and local governments in identifying opportunities for, and developing strategies for the procurement and maximization of, revenue from the federal government under federal reimbursement contracts, federal grants, federal subsidies, and other federal programs

Consulting, advisory, and management services to state and local political entities in connection with federal funding, reimbursement, and revenue maximization, namely, the administration of claims, applications, and filings on behalf of state and local governments for the purpose of participating in federal grants and subsidies and other federal programs available to state and local governments

Regulatory compliance consulting and advisory services, namely, advising state and local governments on regulations governing their eligibility and participation in federal grants, federal subsidies, federal reimbursements, and other federal programs
