Children's education and recreation programs, namely, pre-school programs, accelerated after-school programs, recreation and cultural programs and summer camps; and family education and literacy programs, namely, adult education and high school equivalency classes for purposes of high school equivalency examination, family literacy and intergenerational programs, independent living skills workshops and employment training all for the homeless

Emergency shelter services, namely providing temporary housing for homeless families

Psychological counseling for homeless families; health care services for homeless families; rehabilitation of drug addicted patients that are homeless; home based post-placement services, namely providing psychological and health care counseling to drug addicted patients; home-based placement services, namely providing psychological counseling to families

Case management services, namely coordination of legal, foster care, and social services for homeless families
