I am kindly asking the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) to protect me as the sole owner of the prepositional phrase "is for me" since nobody has ever patent such phrase as is written, to be used to sell different items in the market, like for example clothes and souvenirs . This prepositional phrase could not be use by nobody (person, company, or corporation) once I own the trademark. My business will consist in selling clothes like T-shirts, jackets, hats and others with my own niche that I created "is for me". The niche will be accompanied by any proper noun, a noun, or a verb before the niche. For example: · Miami is for me- here the niche is used with a proper noun. · Fishing is for me- here the niche is used with a verb. · Fish is for me- here the niche is used with a noun. The meaning of "is for me" is a way to express how much I love a place, a thing, or doing something. In a way, is a deep spiritual feeling adopted that you feel about the place, thing, or the action of doing something you love very much and fits with you or your style of life. For example: · L.A. is for me (describes your love towards the city of Los Angeles). · Boxing is for me (describes something that you love to do very much). I will start my business with the T-shirts, and eventually I will expand my market by selling other items or articles. Furthermore, I'll like to include the ownership of the prepositional phrase "is for me" with any vernacular language of any Country or Nation that are link with the USPTO as for example Spain; for instance the prepositional phrase "is for me" in Spanish will be "es para mi" and so on. If I have forgotten or not mentioned something, please help me and consider me in this important matter for me. Thank you. With gratitude, Luis Julian Velazquez
