Advertising services, namely, advertising the goods and services of others, such as through banner advertisements or other text, such advertisements being sent via applicant's wireless communications service to subscribers of such service

Wireless data communication services rendered through applicant's telecommunications platform, through which text messages can be sent or received from one communications device to another, such services also including providing the following-- voice detection and conversion into text, a single permanent address for all wireless and wireline devices of a subscriber of applicant's services, a customized "display" alias for selected subscribers of applicant's service, acknowledgment of delivery or receipt of a message, criteria to control when, when, and from and to whom to deliver messages, an address list, a list of recent, favorite, or selected contacts, a group address used to designate a particular group of subscribers, group messaging, storage of messages received or sent, synchronization with personal calendar applications, e-mail hosting and notification, virtual fax service and notification, monitoring, routing, and clearing messages through applicant's telecommunications platform
