Promoting collaboration and the exchange of information and resources among and between communities, community resource groups and advocates, and commercial, business, educational and health care collaborators to ideate, deploy and scale targeted solutions directed to community development, improvement and connectivity; promoting collaboration and the exchange of information and resources with communities to improve access to health care, to improve resource sharing, to expand cultural opportunities, to reduce social isolation, to improve access to tools, resources, funding and business opportunities for traditionally underserved businesses, to improve access to education and workforce training resources and opportunities, and to study and improve on how spaces and places are designed and connected in order to improve access to resources and activities for underserved populations
