Software that collects, stores, filters, and aggregates real-time transportation data collected from roadway monitoring sources, namely, fixed-location point sensors, camera images, tag-based sensors attached to vehicles, event feeds, and social media where the transportation data is output via user interface portals, namely, computer monitors and web pages
