IP Messenger, through IPMESSENGER.COM , distributes a computer software that allows transmissions of text messages between persons. This is accomplished via the use of Internet Protocol, hence the use of "IP" in the name. Once installed on a users computer, IP MESSENGER broadcasts text messages over the internet to various other users connected to the network.
