Decorative products used in the building industry such as cornices (not of metal) and mouldings (not of metal) for cornices, room archways (Term considered too vague by the International Bureau pursuant to Rule 13 (2) (b) of the Regulations); staircase rails and fireplace surrounds; building materials and components not of metal; non-metallic materials for use in building or construction, including the following, all of which are not of metal: architraves, boards, cavity barriers, door casings (Term considered too vague by the International Bureau pursuant to Rule 13 (2) (b) of the Regulations); mouldings, panels, partitions, planks, profiles, skirting, walls, window frames, window surrounds, prepared wood; artificial, simulated and imitation wood and timber (Term considered too vague by the International Bureau pursuant to Rule 13 (2) (b) of the Regulations); mouldings of wood for building interiors; wall and ceiling panelling; wainscoting; timber handrails; all the foregoing excluding cladding and similar building materials applied to the exterior surface of buildings.
