Charitable services, namely, providing health care services in the nature of health screenings for preventative care purposes, medical treatment, and physical rehabilitation and occupational therapy services to individuals with disabilities or at risk of disability in low and middle income countries; providing inclusive emergency relief in the nature of medical treatment and physical rehabilitation and occupational therapy services in disaster areas in low and middle income countries
