Education and training services, namely, conducting programs for regulatory and professional personnel and other individuals who are employed, involved or interested in the field of energy-efficient building and construction, and for individuals who develop and establish safety codes, standards, rules and regulations and are involved in the implementation and enforcement of such codes, rules and standards, for the purposes of promoting and learning how to promote the cause of energy-efficient building and construction, and education and training services for how to develop and establish safety codes, standards, rules and regulations in the field of energy-efficient building and construction and how to implement and enforce them; Providing recognition and incentives by the way of awards to demonstrate excellence of educators, trainers, regulatory and professional personnel and other individuals with advanced training in the field of energy-efficient building and construction and related safety codes, standards, rules and regulations
