Association services, namely, promoting the interests of persons involved with interpreting laws on, investigating and/or acting to trace, recover or seize property and assets due to criminal, fraudulent and/or other wrongful or aberrant activities, through the establishment of qualifications, professional standards, guidelines, and credentialing of persons involved in this field

Educational services, namely, conducting training programs, courses, seminars and educational testing in the field of law involving the investigation into and seizure of property and assets, conducting certification programs and courses in this field, and conducting courses for the purpose of certification in this field
