Promoting public awareness of the benefits of the first amendment and other constitutional or statutory provisions supporting rights to speech, press, assembly and petition through educational, outreach and communication efforts; lobbying services, namely, promoting the public interest of the protection of existing and the adoption of new constitutional or statutory provisions supporting rights to speech, press, assembly and petition; providing commentary in the field of government relations to federal and state government agencies and legislatures that regulate activities protected by the first amendment and other constitutional or statutory provisions supporting rights to speech, press, assembly and petition; promoting public awareness for the purpose of fostering a culture that supports free expression; promoting the public interest in the rights to speech, press, assembly and petition for all nations and peoples

Providing educational services, namely, providing training, lectures, displays and exhibits relating to the first amendment and other constitutional or statutory provisions supporting rights to speech, press, assembly and petition; publishing information in printed, emailed, social media and online formats for materials such as newsletters, brochures, pamphlets, magazines, reports, studies, articles and books about the first amendment and other constitutional or statutory provisions supporting rights to speech, press, assembly and petition; arranging and conducting conferences relating to the first amendment and other constitutional or statutory provisions supporting rights to speech, press, assembly and petition; publishing on the internet and in printed form reports and booklets featuring laws, models laws, and regulations that may affect the first amendment and other constitutional or statutory provisions supporting rights to speech, press, assembly and petition; providing online and printed materials ratings using a numerical scale, grades or both of the impact of federal, state and local government laws on the rights to speech, press, assembly and petition, and rating in the field of free expression, policies, including dispute resolution procedures, of private institutions, including but not limited to companies or organizations that provide social media or networking platforms, advertising, social news platforms, photo sharing services, content curation platforms, blogging or microblogging platforms, crowdsourcing platforms, self-publishing of printed material, media, video or audio sharing services, live video or audio streaming or educational services, and providing advice for all of the preceding; providing online newsletters, brochures, pamphlets, magazines, research reports and books featuring information relating to the first amendment and other constitutional or statutory provisions supporting rights to speech, press, assembly and petition

Providing legal services and pro bono legal services, namely, providing customized information, counseling, advice and litigation services for clients, and preparation of amicus briefs related to constitutional or statutory provisions supporting the rights to speech, press, assembly and petition; legal consultation and assistance relating to the first amendment and other constitutional or statutory provisions supporting rights to speech, press, assembly and petition; providing legal research relating to the first amendment and other constitutional or statutory provisions supporting rights to speech, press, assembly and petition; providing expert legal commentary, legal analyses and other legal information to federal and state government agencies and legislatures that regulate activities protected by the first amendment and other constitutional or statutory provisions supporting rights to speech, press, assembly and petition; providing legal information, legal research, legal analyses, and model legal policies all in the field of free expression policies, including legal enforcement or dispute resolution procedures, of governments or private institutions, including but not limited to companies or organizations that provide social media or networking platforms, advertising, social news platforms, photo sharing services, content curation platforms, blogging or microblogging platforms, crowdsourcing platforms, self-publishing of printed material, media, video or audio sharing services, live video or audio streaming or educational services
