INDIVIDUAL BENEFITS ACCOUNT (IBA)

IBA will provide the following (individually, all, or in any combination, but not limited to)-- health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, dental/vision discount cards, general and professional liability insurance, retirement savings plans, pensions, 401(k), IRA, SEP IRA, simple IRA, KEOGH, and annuities to individuals (independent workers, ie, people who work in flexible arrangements -- as freelancers, consultants, independent contractors, temps, part-timers, the self-employed, contingent employees, and increasingly mobile employees) through an IBA
