The creation and development of instructional, educational and training services and programs of others, for traditional face-to-face and on-line learning, using traditional and new media, namely, printed materials, audio, audio-visual, electronic, web-, mobile- and new technology- accessible media formats, for home, college/university, corporate and institutional training seminars, workshops and activities in the fields of law enforcement, criminal justice and public safety
