Administration of a program to promote community service through cooperation between citizens and police; promoting public awareness of the need to strengthen relationships between citizens and police; Promoting public awareness of the need for strong communities with strong relationships between citizens and the police

Educational services, namely, providing workshops, panel discussions and mentoring in the field of community relations, public safety, individual rights, for the purpose of strengthening relationships between citizens and police

Providing emotional counseling and emotional support services for crime victims and at-risk youth; Emotional counseling in the field of developing, strengthening and sustaining well-balanced family and community relationships; Providing information and advice in the field of public safety; Providing legal information, counseling and advice services in the area of individual and civil rights of citizens; Community outreach services, namely, on-line social networking services to promote and strengthen relationships between citizens and police; all of the foregoing services for promoting and strengthening relationships between citizens and police
