Accreditation services, namely, developing, recording and maintenance of norms and standards for harmonizing processes and methods for the accreditation of testing and calibration laboratories and inspection institutions and the development and updating of regulations for the mutual and international recognition of calibration certificates and testing and inspection reports; advertising accreditation institutions, namely, consultation regarding the aquisition of international recognition of their calibration certificates, testing and inspection reports; conducting of feasibility studies in the form of mutual assessment studies regarding the functioning of the national accreditation organizations and conducting accreditation research as to the necessity of interpretation of the relevant aspects of conformity assessments for improving harmonization
