Telecommunications services, namely, providing radio and television broadcasting services via public airwaves, wireless technologies, and a global computer network; providing telecommunications connections to a dedicated computer network

Educational services, namely, providing in-person and remote classes, workshops, seminars, simulation drills, and virtual reality experiences and training to first responders, hospital and medical personnel, and government agency coordinators in mass disaster preparedness planning, event management, event resolution, post-event analysis, and coordination of responses to both natural and man-made mass disasters; and providing educational assessment and testing in the field of preparedness for natural and man-made mass disasters
