computer software that provides extensive roadway design capabilities and allows engineers to compute, plot, and display the following - horizontal and vertical roadway alignments, terrain data, roadway and interchange layouts, ramp mergers and right of way plans, plan and profile drawings, perspective views, as well as compute vertical clearance between structures and lower roadways, perform window zoom in/out, and provides a digital terrain model for the generation of cross-sections, profiles and other terrain information
