Non profit support services to member jurisdictions in the administration of fuel use taxes, namely, maintaining governing documents, recording and compilation of written communications between jurisdictions and between industry and jurisdictions, voting services for casting membership votes on proposed changes to governing documents, maintaining administrative records of votes, board meeting minutes, and other official documents, hosting major events for member representatives for commercial information purposes, coordinating the quarterly board meetings of representatives of a Board of Trustees which are elected by the member jurisdictions for business purposes, providing a website to provide fuel tax auditing and fuel tax filing information to both industry and jurisdictions

Non profit support services to member jurisdictions in the administration of fuel use taxes, namely, providing training to member jurisdictions in the field of fuel use taxes, hosting major events for member representatives for training purposes, coordinating the quarterly board meetings of representatives of a Board of Trustees which are elected by the member jurisdictions for educational purposes
