Educational services, namely, workshops, classes, seminars, forums, and lectures; (a) Educating and informing Applicant's members on political and economic issues; (b) Educating and influencing lawmakers and other public officials on the interests, problems and needs of small and medium sized business; (c) Educating the general public, the news media and private-sector employees on the interests, problems and needs of small and medium sized business and the values of the free-enterprise system; (d) Educating Applicant's members on the benefits of actively participating in the political and legislative process and the election of responsive public officials; and (e) Providing educational programs to assist Applicant's members

Association services, namely, promoting the interests of small and independent business and the free enterprise system and influencing the development and content of public policy and legislation that affect small and medium sized business
