Organizing and conducting community recognition programs, cultural events, and educational initiatives that celebrate and honor individuals making positive contributions to the Black community; providing live and virtual award ceremonies, storytelling experiences, and workshops that highlight the achievements and impact of local Black leaders; producing and distributing multimedia content, videos, and online publications featuring such individuals; promoting cultural pride, leadership development, and community engagement through recognition programming and related educational activities.
