organizational, promotional and franchising services, namely offering technical assistance in the establishment, organization and/or operation of national and international basketball teams and leagues; entertainment services, namely organizing, supervising, sanctioning, conducting and staging basketball competitions, exhibitions, music shows, acrobatic shows rendered live in stadia and through the media of radio and television broadcasts; association services, namely promoting the interest of basketball clubs and promoting interest in the game of basketball; promoting the services of others by allowing advertisers to affiliate their products with basketball themed advertisements
