Our patented, top of streetlight device, comprises one or more cameras that provide a 360 Degree view of a roadway. It also contains a weather station detecting windspeed and direction, temperature, relative humidity, rainfall intensity and hail, barometric pressure and accelerometer. It also contains an electronic-pulse lightening detector and a low frequency microphone. Finally, it has a GPS and can emit its exact geospatial location. The Device, when installed at the top of a streetlight, begins to classifies and counts these images: Traffic Objects: Automobile, Truck, Bus, Bicycle, Motorcycle, Pedestrian. The software analyzes these objects in motion and determines if any of these road hazards are occurring:, Congestion, Stopped Traffic, Excessive Speed, Cars off the Roadway, Cars stuck on Railroad Tracks. The unit simultaneously analyzes the video feeds to determine instances of these hazardous weather conditions: Wildfires, Tornados, High Winds, Extreme Windchill, Fog, Flooded Roadways, Extreme Rainfall, Dangerous Hail, Earthquakes The unit then sends an Hwy Alert signal to a satellite for distribution to public safety agencies, transportation companies, and other subscribers
