Charitable grant-making, namely, providing grants to organizations and programs promoting civic engagement regarding the child welfare system; charitable grant-making, namely, providing grants to organizations and programs advocating on behalf of families and children involved in the child welfare system; charitable grant-making, namely, providing grants to organizations and programs supporting families involved in the child welfare system; charitable grant-making, namely, providing grants to organizations and programs advocating for improved access to childcare; charitable grant-making, namely, providing grants to organizations and programs supporting BIPOC and LGBT youth involved in or transitioning out of the child welfare system; charitable grant-making, namely, providing grants to organizations and programs supporting families who have adopted children from the child welfare system
