Charitable services, namely, providing financial assistance in the form of vouchers to disadvantaged persons for food, rent, healthcare assistance

Transportation of people to places of worship; transportation of people to medical appointments, residential housing, and health and wellness appointments

Providing emergency shelter services in the nature of temporary housing; arranging temporary housing accommodations

Charitable services, namely, providing health care services in the nature of wellness programs, mental health counseling, addiction treatment to the homeless, and related services namely, primary health care on site and via linkage to a primary care provider for post-discharge care; out-patient medical care; mental health case management services, namely, mental health therapy, medication coordination, and organization of community support; substance abuse disorder treatment services, namely, group psychological therapy, individual psychological counseling, and motivational psychological interviewing being counseling; Nursing care, namely, providing on-site licensed practical nurses for medical activities of daily living assistance

Charitable services, namely, providing spiritual counseling; pastoral care, namely, ministerial services; grief counseling; church services, namely, conducting religious prayer services; and marriage and family emotional support, and personal relationship counseling to the homeless
