Charitable services, namely, coordination of the procurement and distribution of in-kind donations of groceries, hot food, prayer, medical and dental screenings, community and job services to local residents of the community and impoverished people through a one-day community outreach event where churches, city officials, local community leaders, businesses, agencies, social service and health organizations donate the aforementioned goods and services to extend religious and spiritual compassion
