The aforementioned services exclude the following: electronic transmission of personal advertisements in electronic form and responses to such advertisements, and providing wireless access to telecommunications networks to review personal advertisements in electronic form and responses to such advertisements; two-way, group and chat room data communications, namely, providing online chat rooms for transmission of messages; providing on-line chat rooms for transmission of messages among computer users; and providing Internet voice communication services via the Internet
