Association services, namely, promoting the interests of Hispanics in the legal profession, including Hispanic attorneys, judges, law professors, legal assistants, and law students, and promoting the interests of the Hispanic community, such as interests relating to education, civil rights, political appointments, and political representation, and promoting and sponsoring activities to increase professional opportunities for Hispanics in the legal profession

Educational services, namely, conducting seminars, conferences, and workshops in the field of legal education for practicing lawyers and paralegals, and distributing course materials in connection therewith
