H.I.S. PROGRAM (HOMEBOUND INSTRUCTION SERVICES PROGRAM)

Educational services, namely, one-on-one tutorial services in the core subjects of reading, language arts, math, science and social studies, some required related arts subjects, and a small amount of mentoring, empowerment-coaching and advocacy services, in local public libraries and homes, for students in grades 4-12 who are temporarily removed from their assigned schools for health and administrative reasons
