Providing non-downloadable digital content in the nature of consumer-facing guides, checklists, and learning tools designed to assist individuals in evaluating service providers for non-employment-related hiring decisions; all educational services being limited to consumer preparedness and service provider evaluation and expressly excluding content related to personal growth, mental development, professional certification, or employment training

Providing a non-downloadable online platform featuring proprietary tools that allow users to submit, organize, and view trust-based referrals of service providers based on integrity and client experience; offering non-downloadable software for managing consumer feedback through narrative-based evaluation, not involving numeric ratings or employment profiles; all of the foregoing excluding any software for use in employment, job placement, or professional staffing
