The device is a lightweight frame designed to hold and secure plastic trash bags to allow mobile clean-up. The devise has a circular top frame to keep the bag open and a specific bar design to secure the bag until the removal of a filled bag is desired. The ¿" powder coated steel or aluminum L-shaped frame protects the bag while dragged and can stand alone freely if desired. The device is portable and designed to be used in yard clean up, outdoor events, roadside clean-up, etc
