telephone hotline counseling, namely offering advice regarding child sexual abuse, receiving reports of suspected cases of child sexual abuse, referring to appropriate agencies, and providing information about child sexual abuse; and public information campaign services to raise public awareness of child sexual abuse, its symptoms and its impact on children and their families; and, to promote intervention in suspected cases of child sexual abuse
