The purpose of the company is to 1) encourage the independent development of all video games on all platforms, including Esports video games, 2) to educate, inform and empower all persons involved in the creation of video games, 3) to provide a framework for the protection of independent video game creators to reap and protect the monetary benefit of their creations, and 4) to acquire intellectual property rights in furtherance of the above stated purposes.
