The company owns commercial properties as well as offers property management services, at this point in Texas only. It is the intention to expand into both residential properties, and also expand geographically into other areas of North American and eventually internationally. The company will both hold a portfolio of properties while at the same time offer property management, including building maintenance and administration for other property owners
